I think Arkansas is pretty hot, too, being in the South, and has a higher humidity level than Arizona. You may be in an inferno but at least it's a dry inferno. 
And then there's Connecticut, where two days ago it was cool and rainy, which abruptly changed to cold and dry. Blizzards are waiting in the wings, as usual.
