I just received a VM message from Howard. He asked me about 2012 pre-registration. It will be located at a different location this year, and they're doing things differently. Before either of you pre-register (if either of you choose to do that), make sure you bring your badge for 2011, or you will not be allowed to pre-register for 2012. He asked me if pre-reg. will be available on Preview Night. Each regular convention day, they will open from 8am-11am (just three hours a day), it will be at the Douglas Pavilion at the Manchester Grand Hyatt (where I stayed the last two years), instead of Sails Pavilion at the SD Convention Center. I will definitely visit the hotel, as soon as I get to San Diego to find the location. Prices have gone quite a bit up, as I expected due to high demand 
. One thing I like, though, is that they're limiting badge sales per person. I don't think they did this last year (I could be wrong). I will probably be up really early Thursday morning. I don't know what time I will get there. I hope the lines aren't too terrible. We'll see.
