When I was a "practicing alcoholic," I used to do 'robo-shots' when we were deployed to sea. Us and Japan are the only two Naval forces in the world that are not allowed bars onboard (no drinking either). So I would buy Nyquil or Robitussin, and drink 'em straight up - or a bottle of Vanilla extract.
