Just remember that after taking a dose, when you see Elvis humming the "Hawaii 5-0" theme while looking in your refridgerator, it's time to go to bed. 
Still kind of stuffy here but not as bad as the last two days. Turns out my sister-in-law had it, too; apparently it's been here for awhile and I'm just getting it later than most.
