Could be. Heh, now I've got visions of stir-fried German sausages in my head. 
Definitely sauerkraut in the shrimp rolls; the taste is unmistakable. Happily, I love sauerkraut, so this is not a problem. Gotta wonder how it got in there, though. Factory oversight is my guess.
