Hey Howard. Yeah, I did have a good sleep, thanks. 
Slept most of the day in fact. It was wonderful, and I needed it. I'm going to finish the pasta I ordered in last night. I ate the salad and two appetizers last night, took two bits of the pasta and realized I was full so I'd better stop before I got sick. 
It was delicious though, I look forward to finishing it.
