I suspect it is. The person who told me about it said she thinks it's owned by the same people who run Ichiban, the fancy Japanese restaurant I posted a picture of last year. Sounds pretty promising; if I manage to drag myself out of bed tomorrow and get there, I'll undoubtably post about it.
