At this rate, I'm guessing we'll see a major incident before the year is over. Frankly, I'm more worried about the Chinese reaction to anything that happens. If it was just the North, we send in the fleet and thousands of marines; if they light off a nuke, we respond by blasting them out of existence. But unfortunately the Chinese are players in this as well, as are the Russians, so the whole dang thing is annoyingly complicated.
