I first encountered honey mustard at Subway, and later at Stop & Shop. Stars, there's a lot of mustard varieties available; haven't yet found one that I didn't like. Surprisingly, I don't use it on hot dogs very often; most of the time I either experiment with different toppings (much like I experiment with rice additives), or I just load 'em up with sauerkraut and get to work.
