    I am here. What turned out to be a water heater flush, became an $1100 expense. I am not happy about it, but I would rather have nipped the problem in the bud then see the consequences later (from tomorrow on). My house had too much water pressure (100 psi when it should be no more than 70 or 80). We had to install a regulator valve, and a rod for the water heater (the old one was corroded and gone, there would have been irrepairable damage to the house). My drains are good, and all the rest of the plumbing. Then the new bed came. I just got done making it.
