Man, you are definitely busy! I've been busy, too, maybe not to the degree of what you go through. Things at work are getting more and more difficult (they're doing a lot to make it more difficult to assist customers). We have such a high turnover rate, it's ridiculous. Not good for an area with not such a great population. I'm hanging in there, though.
