I don't remember hallucinating when I had pneumonia, though I may have. I would hallucinate when I had a high fever though, whether it be with the flu or something else. I remember lying on the couch and looking over the edge to the floor and it freaked me out because it looked like I was looking into the Grand Canyon. 
I also remember thinking there were people having a party in my closet, and the noise they were making was keeping me awake. It was all due to having a fever.
