I ate at Macaroni Grill today, had a pasta dish with fire roasted peppers and lemon seasoned chicken in a lemon butter cream sauce. Finished it off with an amaretto apple crisp. It was very yummy. Before that I enjoyed a nice hike in the rain to see some ice caves up in the mountains.
