No joy on the consultation. Did not even last 30 seconds. If your money is at that institution and you have an outstanding loan/debt with them they can take your money. It is called the right to offset. It is in the fine print on your account app. Now if I had my money at another institution, then my present bank would have to get a court order; hence my moving my money to another institiution.
