Don't they understand that sometimes people don't feel like talking or don't have anything to say? When they pull that crap, turn the tables on them. Say, "You want me to talk? Fine, I'll talk, and you're going to listen!" Spend the rest of the evening talking about Cheese. That'll teach 'em.
