Don't worry about it, I can be that way too. 
This week is going to be a nightmare. They're changing my schedule for some reason. I always use to go in early, sometimes as early as 4. Tough as it is getting up that early, getting off at noon was great. And I had so many choices when choosing when to go to my side job. Now suddenly I'm working mid shifts and closing shifts and have fewer days to choose from. That alone is really annoying, but it's also throwing my whole internal schedule off after getting up at a certain time every morning. And to make it worse, when I go in really early, the time goes by faster because I'm able to do so many other projects. But when I do the mid shifts or the closing shifts, all I do is stand behind a counter for eight hours. Am I so invaluable to them that they'd rather I just stand behind a counter all day rather than help do something productive?? Arrrggh.
