Last night I was writing a long email, and came to check for anything new here at NF it appears about 30 minutes after you sent the message. Sorry I got it late. 
Today I returned to the day job. Despite Mr. Ditsy being his usual irritating self, it really wasn't a bad day. I have one more tomorrow, I hope it goes as well as today went. Tomorrow we're suppose to have lower temps too, so that will definitely be a bonus.
I had two blue ice packs in the car with me on the way home, and held them. They helped quite a bit. 
I look forward to this heat wave being over though.
