Thanks! It feels kind of surreal, in a way, since my life had revolved around the writing of that thing for so many months, and now suddenly it's not there any more. I don't know how good it is, but at least I can sleep soundly knowing that I did my very best. For the immediate future I'm hoping to get a temporary job which will help me build up my bank balance a bit. I'm still not entirely sure what it is I want to do in the long term, but I've been strongly considering a career in the media. That, or I might even follow in my parents' footsteps after all and become a teacher. Only time will tell!
