Unlock the 3rd Game Level of the "Raiders" game in the arcade at the Mall and you'll find out.

I think that's the one about Eduardo's Pen Pal. I can't remember for sure though.

You click,drag, and release your bumper car
to try try to knock the other bumper car into
a hole.
