Andy Richter Controls the Universe - Yet another stupidly premature cancellation by Fox. Andy was in top form here, but the most notable thing was the absolute surrealness of his fantasies. Also starred Paget Brewster, aka Birdgirl from Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law.
