-Selfish

-Weird
-Lazy
-Incapable of doing any kind of work

-Immature
-And virutally annoying to almost everyone around them

Bloo is just as insensitive to Mac and everyone else's feelings as Scott is all of his employees on the Officer, including Dwight who's ironically his ONLY supporter.
Sadly, that description more or less covers an awful lot of people in my building.
