Fosters cosplaying - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

Those are great cosplays, I actually cosplay myself but have never had the urge to do Foster's simply because of 2 reasons:

1. This is the kind of cosplay you'd need more then 1 person with to do it right.

2. Possibly might not get recognized

no offense.

But I support those who did cosplay and I think you guys did a great job, I think the Frankie wig (if that is a wig) looks a bit strange but nice none the less. Especially the Bloo costume.
