I am afraid I do not completly understand your comment. but I will try to answer it.
the tutorial in the game explains where you get adventures.
Also Sparky's page is comprehensive on this:

You get adventures from Bloo after you fill the Citizenship bar.
Some people are able to view the Game code thus aome of the list you find in the forums.
Some of us have been playing since day one and therefore are able to go an adventures the first day that the game update is released.
Thus I am going on the Last adventure tomorow(Monday) and I will have to wait till Novembers until I can go on any new adventures.
I hope this assists in clearing up any confusion you may have with Bloo's adventures.
