There's a huuuuge difference in color quality for one thing. The 3D lines really mess up the pretty colors that the 2D version has.

Do you click "open" or "save" when the window pops up?

Save. I think clicking Open on MU is just like doing it anywhere else, where your browser will play the video directly in a media player, but as soon as you close that window its gone. Go ahead and save it, and then you can delete it when you're done with it. I think that's the best thing to do.

SUPER (http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html) is an excellent converter! There's no reason for people to have to upload files in multiple formats when anyone can download SUPER for free. It can be a little confusing to set up properly though, because it's got so many features. I bet if you needed help though you could find the answer in a Google search.

Well, Sparky. FileFront is another site, it is another site that looks like Megaupload which the link does not expire and they're not as racist as Megaupload itself. But the only problem is, it is a games-related file site. There are several friends of mine tries to break that rule by uploading cartoon episodes there, but before they can upload it, they coded the episodes in simple numbers as well as password-protect them (With episode numbers or mix, such as frankie407. Avoid using caps, it could be sensitive to the RARs), in that way, the FileFront admins are fooled. So the episode downloads there are possible only if you are smart to outsmart them as well as protecting your files and avoid getting busted.

Inactivity of less downloads in FileFront probably for like 3 or 9 months may cause it to delete automatically, or not at all. If it's true, but I'm not sure, but the links can last for a very long time, that's what I know.

I'll teach you if you want to give that a try, Sparky. Well? ???

I've checked the FAQ from FileFront, actually, the files does can get deleted automatically. But to avoid them getting deleted automatically, you have to notify them. Here's the FAQ of how to avoid your files getting deleted due to inactivity.

Me too, it's kind of different. Well, sometimes Wikipedia cannot be trusted when the "editors" are mostly anonymous users like us instead of the admins. They don't block the free edits, that's why you can see hoaxes and fakes anywhere. ::)

I was told it was an Ed Edd and Eddy short that featured Eduardo in a short cameo (like Wilt appearing in the Dream Date Billy and Mandy short). I *have* been told by people that they actually saw it. But, I've never seen it myself. :P I actually thought I had taken it off the Downloads page list a while ago, looks like I didn't. Its gone now. Technically it's an EE&E short, if it exists.

Hmm, maybe you're right. With shorts coming from different cartoons, most likely cameos will appear. Still, not just Ed, Edd & Eddy and Billy & Mandy shorts you found, Camp Lazlo has too. :)

But anyway, it's up to you whether you want to put them into the Downloads page or not even though the characters were only cameos. Overall, you decide the whole thing, after all, you're the main webmaster. ;)

By the way, "Let your Hare down" & the Jackie Khones episode do not have an epilogue scene, is not airing it at the moment? I hope you'll fix it by the time the episode re-airs. ;)

Lastly, got any status on the last Foster's shorts, Here Kitty Kitty? And another, did you fix some of the older Season 5 episodes which doesn't have the epilogue scenes? And some which doesn't show their titles properly as due to other scenes getting in the way (Exp : Nightmare on Wilson Way).

PS : *Off topic on this one* Sparky or anyone, I wonder do you have any other friends who provides "Fairly Odd Parents" episodes, I know it's another show but I could not find them. Ever since I saw Wiki has a list of new episodes and Youtube took out the newest episodes, I could not find other providers or other video sites to look for them. :( Especially I'm aftering episodes from Season 6 & the new 7. What people don't seem to understand is, you can't just "send" someone a full-length movie just like that. Like, by email. It can be made available for download, it can't be "sent". I don't understand people who think we're going to just present them episodes on a silver platter...

You could always just check out the downloads (http://www.fosters-home.com/download.htm) section on this website. It's got most of the episodes for download there.

Lovely idea, I'd go and buy alot of things if I could. Sadly some version of the iTunes store doesn't sell some programs. In fact the Canadian version doesn't have Fosters on it, it has pretty much nothing (except Corner Gas and a few nice Nicktoon's) :scribble:

Please don't feel too bad, ATSI. It might seem like you've had a pretty chilly reception so far (and in my opinion people could perhaps have been a tad more polite), but this is really a very friendly forum, and I think I speak for everyone when I say that we would certainly never go out of our way to make anybody feel unwelcome. I've been aware of this thread for a while, and I've wanted to download some of these episodes (seeing as I rarely get a chance to see Foster's properly on Sky), though I've always been a bit hesitant, because I know my laptop would groan under the amount of disk space these videos would take up, and because I thought I'd have had to mess around downloading the right software to play the vids. Now that I know they'll play on Media Player, I'll check some of these out, and get caught up on the episodes I haven't seen yet.

You'll probably have to make that decision yourself when you see it. I personally liked the episode, although I agree it wasn't the best. And Mac's my favorite character! :wiltshock: But I know I'm in the minority when it comes to the episode's popularity. And you might enjoy it yourself when you see it. So yeah, you'll have to see it for yourself to see if it's as "bad" as people say.

Honestly, Sparky. It's Wikipedia that caught me to stick with it. Wikipedia can tell lies, I know, but I'm not really sure if there is such a short unless we find a "List of Foster's Shorts" from a very good site. Not sure about TV.com , but I'm sure shorts from other cartoons are also listed as well, but the question is where can we find such lists?

Anyway, we'll see how. Remember the last time you listed, "Ed, Edd, Eduardo"? Well, you must have gotten that short name from somewhere.

EDIT : Some sources I found, which might be similar to Wikipedia, like Answers.com for instance, said that the number of shorts is 19.

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends series comes to an end

Been a while since I posted, but for those who may not know Foster's is coming to an end at season six. It's been a great run, 6 season's is nothing to shake a stick at, would have loved another season or two, but Craig was ready to move on, and I completely understand from a creative point of view.

CartoonInstitute will be the new vehicle for Craig McCracken and Rob Renzetti, whereas 42 shorts will be produced within a 72 week period, which is already underway since May-June 2008
