Also, I am stuck here for the whole dang day, waiting for a technician to drop by and take a look at my internet connection. He should arrive sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern time. Sheesh, couldn't they have narrowed the window a bit? 
Anyhow, I hope he brings a mask, or at least has a few sick days available, just in case.
