Yup! That was all over the news up here yesterday. 
Though honestly, a lot of us locals are suspicious because they ignored the drawbacks like our high cost of living, high taxes, homelessness, among other things. It was in the news only about a week ago that young people stay in Seattle because it's "cool", but they say it's actually miserable living here.
As for me, I love the nature in the area, and the weather. Man, what I wouldn't give to lower the cost of living though. It hurts.
