From what I've been told, the building I lived in continues to deteriorate; it's dirty, non-residents hang out there at night, the doors continue to be broken for weeks at a time, and of course there's drug use and such as well. A lot of the older residents don't feel safe there; can't say I blame them. Nice little ghetto-hole, right in the middle of Elmwood. Pathetic.
