I think it's easier simply to have them exercise once in awhile and not overfeed them. 
Oh, they're being rude on MATY tonight, as usual. Here's a response to a n00b post:
"I am amazed you managed to create a MATY account without eating your own elbow. User error does not equal 'bug,' and even the most retardedly 'nice' modder from the huggiest Sims site would refuse to create a special mod just to keep you from having to burn out brain cells trying to learn how to install content properly."
At least there's no swearing.
