No pre-registration on Preview Night. http://comic-con.org/cci/cci_reg_2012.php It will be at the Douglas Pavilion at the Manchester Grand Hyatt, from 8am-11am Thursday through Sunday. Prices went up quite a bit. Not really surprised due to high demand. 
I'll probably be up really early Thursday, no later than showing up at 7:30am.
