Unfortunately, the nearest place that has such things is about eight light-years away and Earth tech can barely get a man to the moon. Not to worry, the neighboring interstellar powers will be opening formal relations with Earth just as soon as humanity gets it's act together and learns to behave in a civilized manner. At it's current rate of development, humanity will self-exterminate long before that happens.
