He is on life time probation. He is at a level where he can leave the state as long as he reports to a PO of the state he will go to. If he flunks a polygraph test, he could go back to the lowest level (stay in the house, and go nowhere except to work and meetings). He he had to work his way back up to the present level a couple of times.
