I don't have a Sims 3 Frankie but I can create one with some work. It's third-party stuff that I can't install. The kid is fine; when he aged up I hauled him into the Create-A-Sim program and got rid of the material causing the problem and cursed the idiot who created it in the first place. Junior is a couch potato and enjoys nothing more than loafing in front of the TV.
