Good stuff, actually. Some type of cheese cubes in a sauce of spinach and spices, with mildly curried rice and peas on the side. Made by Ethnic Gourmet, available in Stop & Shop's organics section. Quite tasty. However, I was smart enough to pick up an extra roll while I was out earlier. You know, just in case.
