It's not full of details but you can definitely see them hurl. Next time it happens I may try to film it for closer inspection. Sims can only barf in the bathroom, though; if they can't get to a toilet for some reason, the need goes away. Not very realistic, but I guess EA had to draw a line somewhere. Besides, it's better than having a mess on the shag carpet.
