There's a Sims movie in the works; there's a thread about it around here somewhere. This is probably the stupidest idea that Hollywood has dreamed up since Alvin and the Tardmunks. Not every cartoon, toy and/or game ought to be made into a movie, as demonstrated by the wondrous blockbuster called Bratz.
