It's definitely tough at times. Sometimes I want to smack customers. Sometimes I want to smack managers. I work Christmas Eve too. And another thing that ticks me off this week is I always open, so I assumed I'd be opening on Christmas Eve and can be hone early to start the Christmas festivities with my family. But no, Ms. Moody throws me a loop, and has me closing on Christmas Eve. My family is disappointed, and I'm just plain ticked.
