Really cool to catch up with someone you haven't seen in years. As for me, I began later hours on Aug 31st. I'm loving the hours more (3pm-12am). Not nearly as stressful. Some things I'm not loving (but this is no matter what shift you work): our client wants us to cut down on transferring customers to another department, and when we do get to transfer, we have to wait until someone comes up to us and initial them. I think that's retarded. Plus, they want our average handling time to be low. Blech. 
Aside of that, things are okay. I'm really happy for the Foster's crew winning the Emmy for "Outstanding Animated Program (1+ hr)" for "Destination Imagination". They truly earned it!
