Wow, really! It's a kind of chocolate-caramel thing that's mostly a kind of soft nougat made of whey powder. There were rumours around years ago that one of the E-numbers (chemical ingredients with names too long for the ingredients list) was an anti-emetic to stop the human stomach immediatly belching up this unpleasant concoction. I don't think that's actually true. It's more likely diamorphine.
