It seems a bit harsh to actually stop being interested in something like that. I can't turn off things I'm interested in as such, though sometimes I might find other things to go and be interested in as well that divert my attention for a while. Anyway if they're jerks, then fun them off. No point being upset over some stupid muddy-funsters.
