The purple thing is a mask - there are pegs on it which fit into holes on top of Bloo's head. I haven't even tried to put it on. The purple sheet is a sheet of stickers to be used on the mask. None of the stickers look sufficiently like glow-in-the-dark plastic vampire teeth to suit me. ;^)
