Lights, Camera, Party: Television City Celebrates

A celebration of Australia's legendary GTV9 studios in Bendigo Street, Richmond, Melbourne. The show featured clips from all of the TV shows that were filmed including The Price is Right, What's Up Doc, $ale of the Century, Hey Hey It's Saturday and Don't Forget Your Toothbrush. Very memorable for an Australian like me.

You know, I wanted to see that, but I missed the first ep and I don't really want to watch it without first seeing the first episode...its probably available online somewhere but I haven't looked for it. My friend's boyfriend worked on the show...somehow. I don't know what he does exactly so I can't tell you what he did, lol. I just know he works in Hollywood doing...Hollywood things.

Yes, it is something you need to watch from the start, to get the idea of it and not spoil it for yourself

A couple episodes of the classic British animated series: Danger Mouse, hey they had the complete 86 episode series for sale for only $10.00 at my local big box store, now how can (almost) anyone pass that up?

MacGyver

I'm really starting to like this show. Ever since the show came back on TV recently, I've been watching the show, and it's really starting to grow on me.

Leverage

I've recently gotten into this show thanks to the power of NETFLIX* (*Insert echo and thunderclap SFX here)

For those who don't know about this show, it's an hour long action/drama on TNT about a team of thieves and con artists who use their skills not for personal gain but to help out people who have been more or less screwed over by the system.

Kind of like a cross between Ocean's Eleven and The A*Team.

Police P.O.V. on TruTV (Sunday 10 PM ET). Supposed to look at police action from the view of the officers (thanks to headgear with a small camera), but it's erratic. The editing is jumpy and the background music is too distracting.

The last show I actually paid full attention to was the season premiere of South Park. IMO, it was a strong start to the season. Before this, I didn't even know there was a film called "Human Centipede". Gotta say, if it's anything like the ep..... erm, I don't think I'm watching it anytime soon
