Default Bloo Bowling Ball

There's another one of these on eBay right now (ending very soon), for those who haven't seen one yet. Lol, these are so cute. :bloogrin

Man, I'd totally want one of those things if I didn't hate bowling so much...

I recall when AMF had those balls available. Being a pretty frequent bowler, I really wanted one, but what I had to do to get one was never well explained by the AMF staff at the various lanes I frequented. I also recall them not having any of significant weight (12-14 lbs), with properly spaced fingerholes.

Ah... I'd get it. If I went bowling more often.

It's not like I'm actually good at it. I go about once or twice a year... Last time, I had stitches in my right arm (I'm right handed) so I had to bowl left handed. Therefore I tried not to hit any pins. I hit one by accident, and I was so mad. Also, at one point, I had three balls stuck in the gutter at the same time (one that was at the end and I didn't know about, the one I got stuck, and another that got stuck when my friend tried to get it out).

The time before that (and this time it was bumper bowling, and I used my right hand), the ball went over three lanes. Needless to say, the old-guy-taking-his- grandkids-out-for-the-day wasn't very thrilled. Neither was my wallet, which suffered after he insisted that I pay for a new game (which I did happily, then ranted about it later in the car).

So, I'm terrible at bowling.
