Oh, I remember a voice actor who's NOT in Foster's. *Hooray for me!*

Dom Delouise! He's so funny! Even in person (I remember seeing him at some award show a number of years ago). I don't know of any shows he's been in off hand, but he's been in a number of animated movies.

But, you guuuyyyyysss......

Tom Kenney is my absolute favourite voice actor! Eduardo, Spongebob, Rai, as well as about a million "additional voices". He rocks!

Also, I am a fan of Grey, but she has enough fans here already, so I'll leave it at that...

Ooh! And Hank Azaria, who does a million voices from The Simpsons, including, Cheif Wiggum, Apu, Snake, Lou, and Proffessor Frink! Muhey!

I'd be disappointed in myself if I didn't mention Stephen Colbert. He makes every role he plays awesome! Phil Ken Sebben being one of my favorites. I'm so looking forward to his appearance in the 19th season of The Simpsons!

Let's not forget about the late Phil Hartman. He was a great addition for the Simpsons series, and made some memorable characters, including Lionel Hutz and Troy McClure, and it's a shame his voice would never be heard again.

Definitely! But at least Billy West does his best to capture his feel as Zap Branigin.

Actually Billy West has admitted to doing a more exaggerated Bill Shatner impression as not to tread on the territory of the late great Phil Hartman.

Really? I always thought he had more of a Hartman feel to him. Or in the first couple seasons of Futurama, at least. Thanks for the info Monk.

I have two fave voice overs, of course my fave is Grey DeLisle (who pretty much everyone mentioned) and my second is Richard Steven Horvitz! He stole my heart with Zim (Invader Zim), Razputin Aquato (Psychonauts), and Daggett (Angry Beavers)

Don't forget that Horvitz also provided the voice for Billy in The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy as well.
