Anyone have a vector of this piece? - Never Forgotten: a Foster's Home Community

I found this image I'm looking for in two different places.

First was on a 'Coming Up Next' bumper on Cartoon Network Japan of all things to identify that Foster's Home was indeed the first show on the lineup.

This is obviously unusable, being an already small circle in a 360p VHSrip.

Second was a better, yet still flawed version on the Foster's storybook, Friends are Forever.

While almost perfect, there's the Scholastic logo as well as that confound yellow sticker on the artwork.

So I must ask, has anyone made or seen a vector of this particular picture of Mac and Bloo. It's the best one I've seen yet!
