I've recently started playing on XBox Live, missed out on it for far too long. Briefly had a go on Soul Calibur 4 and GTA 4, but the game I'm almost always on is Halo 3. There's just something about going round blasting fellow Spartans and Elites from all over the globe to kingdom come. Stress relief, that's the words. Even though I've been owned in almost every battle.

The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass (still)

Random things I've shouted:

"Gah!"

"Lasers!"

"Half a heart!"

"GAAAAAAH NOOOOOO"

And, I just sword jumped off a moving platform into the evil darkness below go kill a bat.
NOT SMART.

After a few days of extra waiting I finally managed to download Mega Man 9 on the Wii. It was without a doubt more than worth the wait and hype! And my brother just purchased Kirby SSU today.

de-Blob (Wii)

One of the best Wii games (That doesn't feature Mario, Link ,Samus, Mega Man or Strong Bad.) I have played thus far.

In this game you guide your squishy protagonist through various sections of a black and white city and it's your goal to paint the town red, blue, yellow, green, orange, purple or even coffee brown in order to bring color back to a world in which all things bright and cheerful were taken away via the game's antagonist (An evil oppressive regime).

The game has a unique look, funky soundtrack, easy to control and is just plain fun.

So fellow Wii owners you would be wise to check this one out.

Hm, I should probably look into that, but I'm not sure I'll have the time or money to get that now with Fallout 3, Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Tom Clancy's Endwar, and Resident Evil 5 all set to release this fall and spring. *sigh* being a gamer is fun and enjoyable, but it sure ain't cheap!

Anyway, what I'm currently playing is Twilight Princess, which I still haven't beaten yet (Hell, I just finished the Wind Waker for the first time back in July) along with Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, which I also haven't finished yet. I tried to play 3, but it's really difficult for me since you constantly have to hold the wii remote out and move it to turn and aim and that really tires my arm out fast.

And on a side note, I went into my crawlspace a few weeks ago and found my Super NES! Needless to say, I was extremely happy to not only find the system, but all my games and controllers, and that they all still work! It was surprising, considering that it had been sitting up in a proverbial oven for 3 years or so. So I'm also doing some retro gaming on the sidelines, though with all my college work now it's becoming more difficult to find time.

Mega Man 9

Just downloaded this game on my Wii yesterday, and I have to say, I never had this much fun for a long time.

It was clearly a throwback to the early Mega Man games (the first one, of course), very challenging too, since the ability to dash, charge and duck have been removed. Still, I enjoy this game, as it was very simple in terms of gameplay and design.

Overall, I recommend this game to anyone.

Does it count if I watched someone play Silent Hill: Homecoming on youTUBE because I don't have a 360 or PS3?
