Default Hiiiiiiiiiiiii....Majide!

I Survived a Japanese Game Show...

One of my two favorite reality TV show guilty pleasures (The other being Hell's Kitchen)

It's a good kind of mindless fun, where one can unwind and watch the contestants make fools of themselves in front of two distinct cultures in pursuit of some quick cash and fifteen seconds of fame. (Of course they do get a free trip to Tokyo out of the deal, lucky dogs.)

And how can you hate a show where the losers are carried away by bunch of men in business suits, while the crowd sing what can be best described as the Japanese version of the Good Bye song?

I just love Burn Notice - the action, and the humor. I am never bored watching this show.

Wow, I'm still the last person to post in here! Anyway...

Spicks and Specks: the 200th Episode!!

I've ALWAYS loved this show, and this episode was no exception! The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra was on hand to provide music for some of the questions, but the best part was their rendition of the theme song: the Bee Gees' first Australian #1 hit, Spicks and Specks! It was such a brilliant episode, and one that I HOPE wins the Australian equivalent to the Emmy, the Logie!

The Atlanta-Houston baseball game last night. Atlanta won, 2-1, stopping a five-game losing streak.

20 to 1: Hollywood Blockbusters

The Dark Knight made the #1 spot, citing Christian Bale as the best Batman, and of course, Heath Ledger's Joker.
Other entries included The Bourne Identity, Titanic (), Sex and the City: The Movie (), and Terminator 2: Judgement Day

Season premier of Saturday Night Live. Hilarious, as always. And Megan Fox and U2 are a great mix.

It was apparently an interesting premier:

I'm almost sorry I missed it.
