I can imagine he has them somewhere... though, are dimples due to smiling a lot, or are they just naturally there? I smile as much as the next person, and I have them, but I know a few people who don't, as well.

Now I'm just an ignorant teenager who pretends to know a lot but really doesn't, but I'm pretty sure that you're born with dimples!

I was.....well I have ONE dimple, on the left side of my face and it makes my smile very lopsided, but that's not the point right now

Like I said, I think you're born with dimples, but I could be wrong, hopefully someone who actually knows will come along and ethier correct me or tell me I'm right

You're born with them (I have 'em). I did a Google search to check, and while basically it's stated that they're hereditary, I didn't find any definitions I liked, so I'm not linking to any. It's more common to have one on both cheeks (like me) than to only have one, on one side; and chin dimples (known as cleft chins) are possible too. One can also acquire dimples through plastic surgery, for about $500 per cheek.

One site also said one could potentially get a dimple through an injury, but could provide no proof or cite any examples.

JEEZ, $500 per cheek? Dimples are cute, but I'd not want them THAT bad! Plus, who would want FAKE dimples!?! lol

Hmmm.... dimples through injury? Perhaps if Wilt didn't have them before, he could have them now due to the reason the stitches are on his face? I know it's been suggested that his facial stitches are from healed surgical incisions (sp?), but would it be possible for the skin to heal in such a way that afterwards he would have them?

Oh.....so I am wierd........oh well, back on Wilt.......that may be the case, I have met a few people who have claimed to have dimples due to injuries.....but some of my friends are liars so there's really no tellin'. I think that it would be hard to tell if anyone had dimples on the show...cause of the way it's animated, I haven't seen anyone with dimples on the show yet anyway, but then again I'm not to observant..........*shrugs*

but still........WILTWITHDIMPLESISSTILLCUTE!

I've decided I'm SO putting 'He has dimples the size of coconuts' soemwhere in my fan fic now XD

I was always thought that dimples came if you smiled loads and loads, but I actually DO smile quite a bit and I don't have any. Just a dent in my cheek that looks i've been punched in the face with a tiny fist, it's not a dimple though, I know that much...

The thought of Wilt, however, having dimples IS just simply adorable.

People are born with dimples, but a lot of smiling CAN eventually result in a wrinkle between the nose and corners of the mouth known euphamistically as "grin lines". Since Wilt doesn't have a protruding nose like we do, though, he'd probably just have a crease at the corners of his mouth.

Now I can see Wilt actually having grin lines, even though he doesn't have a visible "nose." I don't know why, but it just seems to fit him
