I wanna thank you guys for stopping in and having a peek, and commenting. I started playing guitar when I was 15 (and in my first rock band). Since then, I have been thru several styles, and finally got back in touch with the Blues, and a little Jazz. I do have acoustic guitars and basses as well (since I play guitar, bass, mandolin, and blues harp).

The value of a couple of these babies are almost what I make in a year. The red Fender Strat is a 1960 and is worth $25K; The goldtop Gibson Les Paul is a 1957, worth about $45K; The Sherman Green Fender Strat to the far right (or laid flat in the other pic) is a 1962 (purchased from the ORIGINAL owner) and worth $23K; The other green Fender Strat is a 1957 re-issue (built in the present, but with the same quality as the original vintage); The Gibson Firebird (olympic white, but aged to a dull yellow) is a 1964, worth $15K. And finally, the jazzbox to the far left is a Gibson ES-175 and they are a $4K guitar brand new. The money guitars I purchased LONG before their prices skyrocketed - in other words I got 'em when they were still affordable (not anymore).

Those are really sweet guitars! I especially like the gold one in the middle and the red one.

It must have cost you that much just to get them.

By the way, great collection you got there.

Holy crap, man! If you sell those, you're sure gonna have it good when you retire!

The funny part about these instruments, is they are not like a stock (goes up and down in value); their value just keeps going up!

Thanks to everyone who has stopped by to take a look at the Duckman's #1 pride and joy.
