Dieting success
It is with a great deal of pleasure that I tell you that on this morning, May 15, 2007, my bathroom scale has noted that I weigh 198 pounds. I am below 200 for the first time in longer than I can remember, and down from around 260 only two years ago. I'm going to celebrate later... but not at a pastry shop.
 It's amazing what one can accomplish with the right inspiration.
