Bellingham is really probably the better candidate, though, given its size, and when I zoomed out, I realized that it does have a rather nice little beach(probably complete with jellyfish), and fits the bill perfectly. It also has Western Washington University, which could very well be where Frankie earned her degree in whatever it is she has that degree in. We can forgive them not having a "Wilson Way", since Wilson Avenue is close enough!
